"Parliament in Pakistan is urging the government to seek an apology from The Washington Times newspaper over a cartoon that depicts Pakistan as a dog."
Young recently wrote a media report for our class on this article from the BBC. The cartoonist argued that in America, dog's are man's best friend, so the cartoon was not insulting... but Young didn't buy it. What do you think???
